This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BCLJ Consulting, LLC pertaining to the Site and and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by BCLJ Consulting, LLC shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. JURISDICTION

You agree that any legal action brought against BCLJ Consulting, LLC Company shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on BCLJ Consulting, LLC Company shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Orange County in the State of California.
